A Whisky Tour
of the World
For Gravity Drinks, a valued long-term client, the challenge was to expand on the popular "Whisky Tour of Scotland" with a global iteration. The concept for "A Whisky Tour of the World" drew heavily from vintage atlases and cartography, creating a visually rich and unique packaging experience for consumers. The design integrated antique etchings of world travel, mythical sea creatures, traditional map elements and intricate patterning. Every detail showcased craftsmanship, from the laser-engraved, gold-accented wooden case to the foiled and embossed sleeve and ribbon. Its significant success in 2024, recognised with multiple design awards, means a new edition is already slated for late 2025.
